Missouri CPS....Where Were You?

http://www.ky3.com/news/2812406.html

Where was big brother when Jaycee Hardin needed them?

http://www.ky3.com/news/2811216.html

Or better yet where were they when Aaron needed them?

Why hadn't the counselor made the report that she was legally obligated to make for medical neglect, when this young man's mother told her she was taking him off his medication?

You have to love Missouri Child Protection.

Okay...I know I really haven't written much, but so many things are going on right now.

Daunte is fixing to finish his school year. Big boy that he thinks he is will be moving on to the first grade next year.

On June the 3rd both Daunte' and Gabbie will be going to visit Josh for the whole summer. Oh boy....have fun Bethany and Josh. You will now officially have your hands full. :P

Then to be moving to the lovely state of Florida. Yeah I know I have to be crazy after all the hurricanes that have ran through there. Although it's not like I haven't been through those before. I am a true southerner who hates the cold and longs for the humidity and heat of the real south.

On top of all this I get smacked in the face with some nerve-racking news.

One ovary, one tube, one clamp, and it came off?!? Yay me. I love doctors....NOT!!!

Happy Mother's Day To Those With Children

Happy Mother's Day to those whose children
Are those for whom their love must be their womb,
Pleased to labor in a common garden
Pruning plants they would themselves have sown.
Yes, praise to those whose love is notwithstanding,

Mothers who could not be mothers, yet
Of charity and need came to the calling,
Taking from the world what joy they would.
How well the will can ride an errant wind!
Each fate is but the field of our endeavor.
Reason may resist our heartfelt ends
'Ere we share our passions with another.
So may we all, through sacrifice and love,

Daily do what will our spirits prove,
Asking only for what we might give,
Yielding not our labors but our lives.

DFS or CPS:Part 2

I am about to start this by saying good bye to the local CPS in Missouri.

In reference to http://hopeskiss.blogspot.com/2006/03/dfs-or-cps.html this post here I just recently went and had a chat with the supervisor of Ms. James wondering when my case would be closed.

She stated that Ms. James was still investigating. (Keep in mind they have only 30 days to investigate and then 15 more for extenuating circumstances.) Investigating what since she hasn't even asked for the police report was my reply. To her astonishment she said that we don't have to request those they just send them. I laughed and said that I had just left the officer who took the report and she was waiting for their request.

I told her more than asked her that when she got the report and closed my case that I wanted a case closed letter and never to hear from them again. Well, we need to take a look at your house still yet. If that's the case I told her I need an apopoinment by certified letter for you to enter my home with time and date so I can have my attorney present. She looked at me in shock. I can go to your house whenever I want was her reply. Not in this state or any for that matter. I am verbally asking that you notify me by certified mail with an appointment date and time or you can go through my attorney.

Funny thing is I never recieved a letter for them to come into my house 3 days later I get a case closed letter and not so much as a peep to the attorney I retained.

Got to love the Children Nazi's.
